Counselling is a much-needed management therapy for an individual, enterprise and corporate. It is required for as third eye view for the individual, enterprise and corporate in its life long journey generation to generation making them stress less balance performer in business, finance and investment. It could be internal or external by industry domain expert with at least two decades workplace experience in industry specific for building and placing successor for a sustainable business development in the industry with the accountability to the stakeholders.
Counselling must be started from school level to workplace at level-based people engaged knowing to the habits and mindset for their career journey exhibiting pre-requisite skill set.
